MAC Cosmetics was one of the first—if not THE first—beauty brand to embrace representation for all. Despite their adherence to an “All Ages. All Races. All Genders.” mantra, they had fallen out of favor with people who came of age outside of the ‘90s.

When they asked us launch their social channels and help them regain market share, we focused on what moves Gen Z and Millennials to act—and in doing so, made MAC relevant to a whole new crew of makeup lovers.

Our Hot MAC Summer campaign put MAC at the center of trends, makeup and culture. Within 6 weeks we gained over 25.5MM IG and 722k TikTok followers, and engagement rates 6x higher than projected.
